In-person registration fees include: presentation of one paper, coffee-breaks and the conference banquet (except for undergraduate students)
• Abstract submissions are optional for participation.
• Fee payment instructions will only be sent after notification of the selected abstracts.
• Your participation will be confirmed only after payment of the registration fee.
• In case the author would like to submit/present more than one paper, the additional paper fee is US 100.00 (R$ 500,00).
Proof of enrollment for bachelor's, master's, PhD and postdoctoral students: To register in the undergraduate or graduate student categories, you must send an up-to-date supporting document at the time of registration (proof of enrollment or statement from the educational institution). Once the category has been validated by the Organizing Committee, the registration process will be completed. Please pay special attention to the deadlines and registration fee schedules, as the validation of receipts requires at least 3 working days.

Refund Policy: The Rien van Genuchten Conference has no refund policy.
Participant companions and undergraduate students who wish to participate in the conference banquet may order a ticket separately for USD 50,00 (R$ 250,00) at the registration desk (in these cases, please do not leave for the last minute, as the tickets may sell out soon).
In case of exceeding the capacity, there will be selection by the Scientific Committee based on abstract contribution (priority for authors and co-authors) , a first-come, first-served basis, and according to the registration.

OBS: international registration is only possible using a credit card. The values are in BRL (Brazilian Real), the Brazilian currency.
One US dollar varies between R$ 5 and R$ 6 (exchange rate end January/2025)
